Start an epic summer cookout with our sirloins, strips and tri-tip. A single tri-tip steak weighs 2-3 pounds and can feed a crowd. Plus, we add in two of our USDA Prime top sirloins (in the top 2% of all beef for superior tenderness) and two wet-aged New York strips.

If you can't possibly tackle all these steaks at once, don't worry! Every Rube's steak is individually vacuum sealed for freshness. Just keep refrigerated or frozen!

Rube's Fresh Philosophy: Every Rube's steak begins with 100% black Angus beef raised on small family farms within 150 miles of our steakhouse in Montour, Iowa. Cattle graze on rich grassy pastures and their diet finishes with Iowa-grown corn, resulting in meat that is famous for its marbling, flavor and tenderness. That flavor and tenderness is enhanced as the beef wet ages for at least 28 days.Then each steak is hand cut and vacuum sealed for freshness that lasts weeks instead of days. Your steak will ship fresh (never frozen!) with specially-designed packaging to ensure your steaks arrive cold, fresh and ready to grill!
