Ingredients

1/4 cup dark roast freshly ground coffee • 1 tablespoon brown sugar • 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper • 3-1/2 teaspoons crushed oregano • 1 teaspoon sea salt • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander • 1 pinch ground turmeric • 1 teaspoon chili powder • 1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Store covered in a cool, dark place. Tastes delicious as a rub on ribeye, sirloin, NY strip or chicken.
