Steak wrapped in bacon, served with a smoky and sweet aioli. Yes, please!Ingredients
Steak Bites1 pound Rube's Top Sirloin, cubed into large bite-size pieces1 package bacon1 to 1-1/2 teaspoon Rube's Bourbon Peppercorn Seasoning (Available soon!)
Smoky + Sweet Aioli1/2 cup mayonnaise1 garlic clove, minced1 tablespoon olive oil3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika1 tablespoon honeySalt & pepper to taste OR Bourbon Peppercorn seasoning to taste
Preheat oven to 425˚. Place cubed steak in medium-sized bowl. Add Bourbon Peppercorn seasoning, and toss to coat. Set aside. Cut bacon into three pieces per slice. Wrap each piece of seasoned cubed steak with a piece of bacon, secure with toothpick. Place on a foil-lined baking pan. Place in oven for 18 minutes.
While the steak bites bake, prepare the aioli. Add all aioli ingredients into a small mixing bowl. Stir well. Transfer to a smaller serving dish, if desired.
Transfer steak bites to serving plate, serve with Smoky + Sweet Aioli as a dipping sauce.
