At Rube's, we ship the same premium steaks we serve in our restaurants - carefully selected, expertly cut, and packed with care so you can enjoy the iconic Rube's experience at home. Our wet-aged, grass-fed, grain-finished steaks are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to seal in our signature flavor, buttery texture, and overall deliciousness. Because our steaks are a premium, perishable product, shipping requires special handling. Every order is packed with care and scheduled to avoid unnecessary time in transit, reaching your door at peak freshness and ready to be grilled to perfection.

How We Ship Your Steaks

• After your order is placed, your steaks are hand-selected and prepared for shipment.

• Orders placed before the 1:00 PM CST cutoff time will usually be shipped same day, based on day of the week (see order and shipping schedule below for reference)

• We pack perishable orders in reusable insulated coolers with frozen gel packs to maintain temperature.

• Packages are sealed and shipped via UPS based on your chosen method.

• Items may arrive frozen or cold, which is normal. We guarantee delivery in this condition. Recipients must move the meat to a refrigerator or freezer the day it arrives.

• Orders of only non-perishable items(seasonings, grill gear, etc.) are shipped in a padded envelope or box, based on order size.

• Gift cards are mailed, or you may choose e-delivery at checkout

• When sending gifts, please notify recipients to expect a perishable package. We cannot replace products not refrigerated or frozen on the delivery date.

Premium Perishable Shipping Options & Rates

To ensure your perishable, premium order arrives safely and quickly, we provide several shipping methods tailored to your needs. The options available to you may depend on order volume, weight, your location, the day of shipment, and current UPS service availability. We continue to keep our shipping rates as simple and fair as possible while covering a portion of the true cost required to safely ship a premium, perishable product.

Premium Perishable Shipping - $19.95

This is our primary choice for most orders. These UPS shipments depart on Mondays and Tuesdays, with a scheduled arrival within three business days, with the exception of Iowa addresses which will arrive the next day. Excludes Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Expedited Premium Perishable Shipping - Add $15

For faster delivery, this two-business-day option is generally available for shipments leaving Monday through Wednesday, subject to destination and UPS availability.

Overnight Premium Shipping - Add $99

Our most rapid delivery service. To qualify, orders must be placed before the daily 1:00 PM cutoff and meet eligibility requirements. Orders received after the cutoff or outside the weekly shipping window will be dispatched on the following available shipping day.

Alaska & Hawaii Premium Perishable Shipping - $74.95

Due to distance and the strict requirements for perishable transit, shipping to these states incurs higher rates. Please note that overnight service is unavailable for these destinations.

Oversized Orders

Large, above-standard weight orders that require extra cooling materials, multiple containers, or specialized shipping will be displayed and the oversized shipping rate will be applied at checkout.
