What to Expect When Your Steaks Arrive
Rube's steaks are frozen unless otherwise noted using flash-freezing technology to preserve the highest possible meat quality when your steaks arrive. Items may thaw during shipping, but will stay safely chilled. We will send you tracking information when your order ships. You do not need to be home to receive your package - look for it wherever UPS normally leaves your packages. The day your package arrives, you must unbox and refrigerate or re-freeze all meat and sides. If you are sending this as a gift, let the recipient know to expect a perishable package.
