This premium cut begins with the best Rube's bone-in ribeyes. Those whole ribeyes are then dry-aged in small batches through a slow process that creates an exceptionally tender steak with a rich, earthy flavor. We dry-age these premium cuts 40 days to develop the special texture and flavor profile that's unique to dry-aged steaks.

What to Expect When Your Steaks Arrive
Rube's steaks are frozen unless otherwise noted using flash-freezing technology to preserve the highest possible meat quality when your steaks arrive. Items may thaw during shipping, but will stay safely chilled. We will send you tracking information when your order ships. You do not need to be home to receive your package - look for it wherever UPS normally leaves your packages. The day your package arrives, you must unbox and refrigerate or re-freeze all meat and sides. If you are sending this as a gift, let the recipient know to expect a perishable package. Enjoy your Rube's steaks knowing quality is our #1 priority!
Every Rube's steak begins with 100% black Angus beef raised on small family farms in the surrounding area of our Montour, Iowa steakhouse. Cattle graze on rich grassy pastures and their diet finishes with locally-grown corn, resulting in meat that is famous for its marbling, flavor and tenderness. That flavor and tenderness is enhanced as our ribeye dry-ages for 40 days. Then each steak is hand cut, vacuum sealed and flash frozen to lock in that carefully crafted flavor.
