Add veggies and seasonings, and sautée over medium-high heat until tender. Brush pizza crust with olive oil, and top with 1 cup of pizza blend cheese. Add slices of leftover Rube's steak. Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese randomly over pizza. Spread mushroom/asparagus mix over crust.Top with remaining shredded cheese. Smoke for 14 minutes in a 350° smoker. May also be grilled or baked in a conventional oven. Grill - bake over indirect coals until cheese melts and crust browns. Oven - bake in a 350° oven for 14 minutes, or until cheese melts and crust browns.
